Therefore, we have founded the Ajax Coaching Academy, to share the Ajax philosophy with you: clubs, coaches and players from all over the world.
We give talent a chance to flourish, and always strive to be the best. We partner with clubs all over the world who recognise and share our values, to do just that. Offering tailor-made programmes. Depending on your specific needs. We will share our philosophy and our expertise, implemented by our Ajax staff. They will assess on location and provide high quality feedback, as well as practical advice.

On the 3rd and 4th of February we hosted 30 students of the 'Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid - Universidad Europea' at Ajax for a Coach Education Seminar.
Through presentations and activities the students have experienced our way of working. We discussed topics such as; Core Values, Science, Foundation & Youth Development, Scouting and the Ajax Philosophy. Additionally the students also visited the Johan Cruyff ArenA and our youth academy the Toekomst.
To successfully end the Coach Education Seminar they attended the 5-1 victory of Young Ajax and training sessions from some of our youth teams.
