Ajax is known worldwide for its Youth Academy. Behind this success stands a strong philosophy. By enrolling in this program, as a coach or interested individual, you will learn how our Youth Academy is organised and how we apply our philosophy to develop talents who can make a difference at Champions League level. After following the program, you will be able to translate the knowledge and inspiration about Ajax to your own work within the sport.

What does the education program look like?

You learn to understand all the departments contributing to developing our youth players. The program has been designed with and is hosted by Ajax Youth Academy employees. After registering for the program, you can access the ‘We are Ajax’ video. After completing every topic, the next topic will become available.

Registration

From now on, it’s possible to start with the program. The registration closes on Tuesday, 20 February, 2024, at noon. You can follow the program at your own pace whenever it suits you. We think it’s essential that the program and all the content are accurate, and that’s why the videos will be available until Thursday, August 1st, 2024, at noon.

What topics will we cover?

To start the program with enough basic knowledge, the program begins with the first topic, ‘We are Ajax’. This episode is presented by Klaas Jan Huntelaar, Sjaak Swart, Michael van Praag, Daphne Koster, Sonny Silooy, Davy Klaassen and Gerald Vanenburg.
