Ajax is internationally known for the quality of its Youth Academy. This success is built on a clear and strong philosophy. With our 1* Ajax Education Program – Our Club, you will get to know the way our Youth Academy is organized and discover how we use our philosophy to optimally develop talents.

What does the education program look like?
You will learn what our club stands for, how that translates into Ajax-football and the Ajax-player, and which departments within our organization contribute to the development of our youth players. After registering for the education program, you will gain access to the introductory videos “We are Ajax.” After completing each topic, the next topic will become available immediately.
The Ajax Philosophy
Football is constantly evolving. This also means that the content of the Ajax philosophy and this education program evolves. This 1* Ajax Education Program is therefore the updated version of the 1* Ajax Education Program – The Youth Academy.

Registration
From October 2025, it will be possible to begin the education programs. You can follow the program at your own time and pace.
The videos will remain available in your account until May 2026.
At the end of the season, you will receive your certificate by email.
