Are you ambitious about training and coaching, and interested in learning more about the Ajax Philosophy? Then you should follow our 1* and 2* Ajax Education Program before participating the three-day seminar on the 22nd, 23rd and the 24th of October 2025.

Seminar

Ajax players are known by their technical skills. During this Seminar we will explain to you where this is positioned within our philosophy and how that’s being translated to training sessions.

To play Ajax football and develop the Ajax player we need to know excactly how to create the necessary basic skills and movement variations. In this Seminar you will learn to design a training session and to make it practical on the field.

Next to that there will be the possibility to extend your international network and to get to know Ajax in all kinds of ways.

Day 1 - 09:30-16:00

  • Welcome and start program
  • Evaluation online Ajax 1* & 2* course
  • Design a training session 1 - Basic skills and movements variations
  • Evaluation training session 1 by Ajax experts
  • Optional: Guided tour at Sports Complex de Toekomst

Day 2 - 09:30-16:00

  • Evaluation day 1 and start program day 2
  • Design your training session 2 - Basic skills and movement variations
  • Pitch field training session 2  
  • Feedback / redesign training session 2
  • Practical training session 2
  • Evaluation training session 2
  • Evaluation day 2

Day 3 - 09:30-15:00

  • Start program day 3
  • Presentation field training by Ajax expert 
  • Watching a demo training
  • Evaluation demo training and International Seminar
  • Graduation Ceremony

Registration

International and national trainer/coaches are welcome in this seminar. Please note: If you have a KNVB/UEFA licence, you will receive 6 KNVB licence points after participating. If you are affiliated to another association, please contact your own association.
