You will learn what our club stands for, how that translates into Ajax-football and the Ajax-player, and which departments within our organization contribute to the development of our youth players. After registering for the education program, you will gain access to the introductory videos “We are Ajax.” After completing each topic, the next topic will become available immediately

Football is constantly evolving. This also means that the content of the Ajax philosophy and this education program evolves. This 1* Ajax Education Program is therefore the updated version of the 1* Ajax Education Program – The Youth Academy.

The content is presented by staff members from our Youth Academy.

From September 2025, it will be possible to begin the education program. You can follow the program at your own time and pace.

The videos will remain available in your account until May 2026.

At the end of the season, you will receive your certificate by email. 

In the videos “We Are Ajax”, you will get to know Ajax through the eyes of true Ajacieden such as Sjaak Swart, Daphne Koster and Davy Klaassen. Their personal stories bring our club’s identity to life and show what it means for Ajax football and the Ajax player.

Our club has a unique organisational structure, designed to ensure that the Youth Academy plays an important role at every level. In the chapter on organisation, we explore this structure in more detail, giving you a clear view of how Ajax develops talent and maintains its vision.

Our identity has also been shaped by the great successes and memorable events we have experienced as a club. By reflecting on these milestones, we close this education program, leaving you with the essential foundation and a true understanding of who we are as Ajax.

After completing the education program, you will have a deeper understanding of what our club stands for and how we are organized. You will be able to apply this knowledge of Ajax to your own work or use it as a stepping stone toward one of our follow-up education programs.
