From the 6th untill the 15th of March 2023, we will organize the 2* Ajax Education Program - Our three pillars.

The education program consists of six online sessions in which you will be introduced to the Ajax DNA and the pillars which are central in our way of educating talent: Cruyff Quality, Style of Play and Unique skills. 

In the online meetings, you will be introduced to:

  • Our pillar Cruyff Quality - Maximum ball control
  • Our pillar Cruyff Quality - 1 on 1 ability
  • Our pillar Style of play - Offensive principles of play
  • Our pillar Style of play - Defensive principles of play
  • Our pillar Style of play - Strategy, scenarios and set pieces
  • Our pillar Unique skills - technical, tactical, mental and physical

If you are not able to be present during one of the live webinars, you will be given the opportunity to temporarily watch the recordings. The recordings come online one day after the webinar at 12:00h CET noon and remain available for one week.

By participating in the education program, you will also get access to a recorded webinar with the topic Ajax DNA. This video gives you insight about the mission, vision, core values and soccer values of Ajax. The knowledge you gain here serves as the basis of the program. Therefore, we advise you to watch this video prior to the webinars.
