Ajax has a rich history of developing talent, with a recognizable philosophy as a foundation.
From 15 through 17 October 2022 we will organize a seminar about Cruyff-Quality- Maximum Ball Control, in the foundation phase of the Ajax Youth Academy.
In our academy philosophy we use three pillars, one of those is Cruyff-Quality. In the Ajax Youth Academy this pillar means that we want to develop talents who can make a difference with the ball. We divide Cruyff-Quality into 1-on-1 ability and Maximum Ball Control. During these three days you will get to know the basic module of the Cruyff-Quality – Maximum Ball Control. The focus will be on receiving and handling the ball in the foundation phase and how you can organize this in a training session.
Theory and practice will be alternated.
For the seminar we have a maximum capacity of participants. Signing up is possible until October 12th, 2022.
