Ajax Consultancy Partnership
Our team of specialists will, on location, make a deep analysis of the club’s youth academy for both the organizational aspects as well as the football aspects. From there, specialists in the necessary areas will visit the club a few times per year on a short-term-stay basis.

Ajax Academy Partnership
As all of our programs are tailor-made, we start with an in-depth, on-site club analysis. Our team will compose the club development plan and our full-time Ajax experts will be stationed at the partner club all year round to implement the Ajax philosophy together with club employees. We have a set of experts able to cover the entire youth academy with their knowledge.
